Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Are dogs allowed to stay on the property?

    • Yes, we do allow up to two well behaved dogs per reservation for a $20 pet fee.  We do ​​request that they remain leashed at all times while on the property. Pet fee can be added to reservation at check-out. 

  2. What is provided with our stay?  

    • Linens, pillows, and towels are provided with each reservation.  The common area offers most kitchen amenities such as plates and utensils, fridge/freezer, propane grill, etc. 

  3. ​What meals are provided:  Self-serve breakfast foods are available at all times in the common area including fresh fruit, cold and hot cereals, bagels/cream cheese, bread, milk, coffee, etc.  ​

  4. Is there electricity?

    • There currently is no electricity in the yurts but solar string lights and battery powered lanterns are provided. There is electricity provided in the common area for charging devices if needed.

  5. Is there cell reception?  

    • There is no cell reception in the canyon.  While on site at Owyhee River Ranch you will have access to WiFi for any calling or messaging needs. ​

  6. Policies: You will be charged immediately upon booking.

    • Cancellations are subject to a 4% processing fee (based on the total amount paid). Refunds will be the greater of the processing fee or the qualifying refund described below.

      • Within 48 hours of booking OR 14 days or more prior to check-in date, a refund will be issued for 100% of the room charge and additional charges, less the 4% processing fee.

      • Less than 14 days to 7 days prior to the standard check-in time, 50% of room charge and additional fees are refundable minus the 4% processing fee.

      • Less than 7 days before the standard check-in time, only additional charges are refundable.

      • The guest is responsible for any damage(s) caused by pet(s), child(ren), or member(s) of their party.
